Building Drum Kits and Loops in DRUM

Loopcloud DRUM uses 16 pads, each with volume and pan, fine and coarse pitch, an amp envelope, HP and LP filters, and delay and reverb sends. A 16-step, 8-bar chainable sequencer with swing lets you program patterns, with velocity and roll per step, micro timing, step nudge and a pattern generator per lane.

The Kit Generator fills all 16 pads with one click. You can lock pads you like, step back through up to 32 previous generations, and import your own samples from a local drive. Rendered loops and MIDI can be exported to your DAW, and multi-outputs let you route individual drum sounds to separate tracks.

Sample Library and Tagging Workflow

The bundle's sample count is 6,809 one-shot samples and 331 kits. The developer says Loopcloud AI automatically tags samples by drum or instrument type, and label and genre tags help you filter sounds from your laptop, hard drive or the cloud.
