Cello Textures: Kontakt Cello Sample Library by Have Audio

The bundle includes three separate instruments: Cello Textures Acoustic, Cello Textures Electronic and Cello Textures Dystopian. Together they cover a range of sources, from textures and one-shots to more heavily altered material.

The library organizes its sounds into keyswitch-accessible sound banks. These include textures and effects, one-shots and granular textures, movement textures, distorted textures and distorted horror textures. Two playable patches, a vintage drunken cellosynth and a Dystopian pad, are included along with a playable PowerCello patch.

Each instrument includes a set of built-in effects. These are a filter, convolution reverb, infinite delay, delay feedback with distortion, a ghostly convolution reverb and a special freeze reverb.

The effects let you shape the textures further inside Kontakt without needing external processing. Because the bundle ships as six separate .nki files totaling over 3 GB uncompressed, it is a sizable download that benefits from ample disk space and memory.
