Serum - Galaxia: Synth Preset Pack by LP24 Audio

The pack is organized into nine categories. The largest are 19 melodic arpeggios and 17 basslines, which are sequenced patterns that play while you hold a single note. There are 16 ambiences and atmospheres, designed to unfold as you hold a note, and 15 pads described as majestic, deep and evolving.

The remaining sounds include 8 bass presets for low-end punch and sustain, 5 hit and FX presets with booms, stabs, impacts and smashes, 5 keys for melody writing or custom arpeggios, 2 leads, and 4 stabs covering brams, horn stabs and heavy synth hits. All sounds are built inside Serum, with no external effects or samples used.

Because every preset comes with a matching WAV loop and MIDI file, you can start from the audio and work backward to the notes, or load the MIDI into your own synth and change the sound. The macros and mod wheel assignments make it practical to shape the sound live or automate it during arrangement.

The pack was created by composer and sound designer Jens Kiilstofte, whose background includes music for video games, films and TV. LP24 Audio describes the collection as suited to modern composers and producers who enjoy exploring futuristic sounds.
