01Overview

Progressive trance relies on sounds that build and release slowly, from soaring leads to shimmering pads and driving basslines. Progressive Trance for Imperfect is a set of 60 presets built for the ImPerfect synth, aimed at producers who want starting points in that style without designing every patch from scratch. The developer says the presets are fine-tuned for the genre's pulsing rhythms and melodic textures. The pack is 100% royalty-free.

Sounds Covered by the Preset Pack

The pack is organized around the main roles in a progressive trance arrangement. W. A. Production lists soaring leads, shimmering pads, throbbing basslines and ethereal atmospheres among its sounds.

The developer describes the presets as tailored to the genre's signature vibe. Because all 60 presets load into ImPerfect, you can use them as a source for melodic layers, sustained chords and low-end lines, then edit the parameters to suit your track.

Using the Presets With ImPerfect

Progressive Trance for Imperfect is a preset library, so it needs the ImPerfect synth to run. Install ImPerfect first, then load the presets from within it.

This pack suits producers already working in ImPerfect who want a fast route to trance-style sounds. Producers without ImPerfect will need to acquire it before the presets are usable.
