01Overview

Progressive House for ImPerfect is a preset collection made by W. A. Production for the ImPerfect synth. It draws on the synth's engine to deliver sounds aimed at the progressive house genre. The pack is organized into four categories: basses, leads, pads and plucks. Because it is an expansion for ImPerfect, it does not run on its own and needs the ImPerfect synth installed to load and play the presets.

What's Inside the Progressive House Preset Pack

The pack includes 20 bass presets, 30 lead presets, 10 pad presets and 10 pluck presets. The bass and lead sections make up most of the collection, giving producers more options for the low-end and melodic lines that typically drive a progressive house track.

The pads and plucks round out the set with textures and rhythmic sounds. Since all presets are built on the ImPerfect engine, they share the same synth architecture, so sounds from this pack can be edited with the same controls you would use on any ImPerfect patch.

Who It Is For and How to Use It

Progressive House for ImPerfect suits producers who already work with ImPerfect and want genre-focused starting points for progressive house. Rather than building every sound from scratch, you can load a bass, lead, pad or pluck and adjust it to fit your arrangement.

The pack is 100% royalty-free, so the presets can be used in commercial productions without paying per-use royalties.
