What the Presets Cover

The collection is split evenly between pads and textures. The pads are sustained sounds meant to sit under chords, melodies or arrangement sections. The textures are more atmospheric layers that can add movement, color and background character to a mix.

W. A Production says the presets capture the essence of popular Eastern styles, aiming to give tracks an immediate flavor without much sound design work. The developer also notes that this kind of material is currently popular with EDM artists, which makes it a fit for producers looking to set their tracks apart.

Who Needs ImPerfect

Oriental Textures for ImPerfect is not a standalone plugin. The presets load inside ImPerfect, so you need that plugin already installed and running in your host before you can use them.

The pack is licensed as 100% royalty-free, so the sounds can be used in commercial productions without royalty payments to the developer.
