01Overview

Melodic House for InstaChord 2 is built for producers who want chord ideas in the melodic house style without designing each progression from scratch. The pack contains 40 presets for InstaChord 2, each set up to output MIDI chord patterns rather than sound on its own. The developer, W. A Production, describes the material as smooth and emotive, with flowing progressions and atmospheric harmony. Because the presets generate MIDI, you can route the output to any instrument in your session and shape the sound there.

Chord patterns for melodic house production

Each of the 40 presets configures InstaChord 2 to generate MIDI chord patterns. The presets are aimed at the harmonic side of melodic house, where deep rhythms are paired with melodic and chordal movement. W. A Production says the collection is meant to help producers build flowing progressions and atmospheric harmony.

Because the output is MIDI, the chords are a starting point you can edit freely. Change voicings, rhythms or the instrument that plays them to match your own track.

Who this preset pack is for

This pack suits producers who already work with InstaChord 2 and want melodic house material as a launch point. It fits both introspective tracks and dance floor material, according to the developer's description.

The pack is royalty-free, so the chord patterns can be used in commercial productions without ongoing license fees.
