01Overview

Big Room & EDM for Spire covers the core sounds used in festival-style dance music, from big leads for drops to wild basslines and percussive plucks. The pack is built as a complete starting kit for a track, with each category grouped by sound type. Resonance Sound says the presets make full use of the modwheel and velocity, so expression is built into the sounds from the start. Everything in the pack is designed to run inside Spire.

03In depth

What sounds are included in the pack

The collection contains 64 presets spread across several categories. There are 16 lead presets for big, sustained lines and 16 bass presets for the low end. Pluck presets, nine in total, cover percussive melodic hooks. The pack also includes two pad presets, four synth presets, four FX presets, and a small set of arpeggio, sequence, bass sequence and drum presets.

This mix means you can build a full arrangement from one pack, from the bassline and lead to the pads and transitional effects.

Built for big room and EDM production

Resonance Sound describes the sounds as inspired by the style of EDM producers such as Sander van Doorn, Hardwell, The Chainsmokers, Martin Garrix, Moguai, Deorro and Showtek. The presets are aimed at big room, EDM, electro and progressive house tracks.

Because the presets are organized by role, they suit producers who want to sketch a drop quickly and then shape the sound to fit their own tracks.
