Sound Categories in the House & Techno Pack

The pack includes 20 bass presets, 20 lead presets, 10 chord and stab presets, and 13 FX and atmosphere presets. The bass presets are described as full-bodied and deep, suited to the low end of House and Techno tracks.

The leads are described as driving, and the stabs as classic, giving producers melodic and rhythmic layers for club-oriented arrangements. The atmospheric presets provide texture and transitions between sections.

Because the presets are built to be tweaked, they can serve as a base for shaping sounds that fit a specific track.

Who Should Use This Expansion Pack

The pack is intended for producers working in House and Techno who already own VPS Avenger. Its categories cover the core roles in these genres: bass, lead, chords and stabs, and effects.

The presets use the Producer Suite features of VPS Avenger, so familiarity with that synth helps when editing them. Developer Scott Diaz, according to Plugin Boutique Presets, designed the collection with his experience in the genres in mind.
