03In depth

Sound Palette and Preset Categories

The pack is organized into clear categories. It includes 8 bass presets, 44 lead synth presets, 7 synth presets and 7 SFX presets, so most of the collection focuses on lead sounds.

The developer says the presets were sonically shaped and are ready to use in a production. Expect low, bubbly basses, percussive leads, smooth synths, chilled plucks and tropical-style effects.

Because the leads make up the largest group, the pack is a practical source for melodic parts and hooks, with basses and FX filling out the arrangement.

MIDI Files and WAV Loops for Tropical House Production

Each preset has a matching MIDI file with a melodic idea, so you can audition a sound and its musical content together. The pack includes 68 MIDI files in total.

The download also includes 65 WAV renders of the patches and their MIDI files. These can be dropped straight into a project as reference parts or starting material, without loading the synth first.

Together, the presets, MIDI and audio renders suit producers who want melodic and sonic inspiration for chilled, beach-style tracks.
