Techno Synths Massive Presets: Bass, Lead and Pad Patches for Massive

The pack's 64 Massive patches break down into 25 bass presets, 25 lead synth presets, 10 pad presets and 4 percussion presets. The bass and lead sections make up most of the collection, which suits producers who need core synth parts for a track rather than a large set of textures.

The developer says the sounds were inspired by artists such as Trentmoller, Eekkoo, Maceo Plex, Mark Knight, Gregor Tresher, Dubfire, Stefano Noferini and Filterheadz. Loopmasters describes the patches as timeless sounds meant for reuse across projects.

Each preset comes with macro controls over the parameters most useful for shaping a sound, including envelopes, filters and effects. Macros let you adjust brightness, movement and tone from a single set of controls, which speeds up editing when you want to adapt a patch to a new track.

The pack also includes 64 ready-to-edit MIDI files and 64 WAV loops. These give you a starting point for melodies and rhythms that match the presets, so you can audition a patch in context right away.
