Serum Expansion Pack: Chill Hop Lo-Fi – 64 Presets for Serum

The pack's 64 presets cover a broad range of sources for a lo-fi arrangement. Eight basses, nine leads and seven pads give you the core of a track, while keys, organs, plucks and mallets add harmonic color.

The set also includes two chords, three strings, one brass patch, one woodwind and one sequence preset, so you can build out arrangements without leaving the pack.

For percussion and texture, there are five drum presets and four FX presets, which cover the vinyl, tape and radio-style sounds associated with the genre.

Each preset is set up to work out of the box, with mod wheel and macro assignments already in place. That makes it quicker to shape a patch during a session, whether you want to change brightness, movement or level.

Because the pack is made for Serum, you will need Xfer Records Serum installed to load and play the presets. The developer's notes say the presets are compatible with Serum v1 and v2.
