Dreamtonics describes Saki's voice as unvarnished, meaning it is presented without heavy processing built into the sample set. The developer says it fits naturally into a wide range of styles, from slow ballads to brighter J-POP and rock arrangements.
The high register is singled out as a strength. If your melodies sit high in the vocal range, Saki is a voice to audition alongside your other Synthesizer V options.
Dreamtonics also notes that Saki is sold in two separately purchasable versions. The standard version uses a sample-based algorithm that leans toward a more vocal synth-like sound quality.
