03In depth

Drum & Bass Sounds Built for Phase Plant

The pack is made for the Kilohearts Phase Plant synthesizer and is delivered as presets for that instrument. Singomakers Sounds describes the sound palette as inspired by twisted drum and bass, referencing the work of a wide range of DnB producers as its influence.

Each preset comes with a corresponding MIDI file and WAV loop, so you can hear the patch in context and reproduce its rhythm and pitch movement in your own project. The WAV loops cover basses, synths, pads and FX, which makes it easy to layer a preset with a complementary texture.

Loops and Presets for DnB Arrangements

Beyond the 100 presets, the pack includes 44 bonus loops of basses, drums, synths and FX. These give you material to sequence and arrange without starting from silence, and they can serve as source sounds to resample or chop in your own productions.

The WAV loops are provided at 174 BPM, the tempo typical of drum and bass, so they can be dropped straight into a DnB session. The full pack totals about 561.5 MB of 24-bit samples.
