Bass and synth sounds for Nu School Deep House

The main draw is the balance of bass and synth material. The 34 bass presets cover the low-end and midrange parts that anchor a deep house or bass house track, while the 27 synth presets provide chords, stabs and pads in a similar tonal range.

The developer describes the sounds as lush and deep. Each preset is pre-tagged with sound type and genre, so you can filter the Massive library by category rather than auditioning patches one at a time.

The four SFX presets add texture and transitional elements for arrangement moments.

Using the presets and MIDI files in Massive

The presets include assigned macros, so the main controls are mapped for quick adjustment. Each of the 65 patches comes with a corresponding MIDI file. The MIDI files are meant to be edited, so you can change notes, rhythms and phrasing to suit your arrangement.

Loopmasters notes that the pack was produced in-house by Andy Lee. Note that these presets are for Massive and are not compatible with Massive X.
