High Octane Tech House 3: Tech House Sample Pack by Singomakers Sounds

The pack holds 1.59 GB of 24-bit samples organized into loop categories. There are 53 bass loops and 48 melody loops for building the harmonic core of a track. Drums are covered by 134 drum loops, including full, top, percussion and hat loops, plus 130 one shots: 30 claps, 20 crashes, 20 hats, 20 kicks and 40 percussion hits.

Vocal material includes 84 vocal phrase loops in both wet and dry versions, 42 of each, along with 25 vocal chop loops. For texture and transitions, the pack adds 30 modular loops and 80 FX.

For arrangement and editing, the pack includes 95 MIDI files and 374 Rex2 files, so loops can be re-timed and resliced in compatible software.

Nine sampler patches are included, made up of 5 drum kits and 4 FX kits. These give you pre-mapped instruments to play without building a kit from scratch.

The loops are provided at 126 BPM, which sets the tempo reference for the entire pack. Because the MIDI files and Rex2 files are included, you can adapt rhythmic material to your own project tempo and groove.

Singomakers Sounds says the pack is aimed at producers working on tech house tracks, and the developer lists labels such as Black Book Records, Sink Or Swim and Hood Politics Records as the kind of releases the sound is meant for.
