01Overview

INFINITE brings together the effects producers usually load separately to build transitions: delay, reverb, saturation, filtering, formant, width and LFO modulation. Its simple side gives you one knob to control a preset, while the complex side exposes the individual effect parameters through a macro system. Designed by Mark Knight and James Reynolds, it ships with over 40 presets, and you can save your own effect chains to recall on the one-knob interface.

One-Knob Transitions and Complex Editing

The simple mode lets you load a preset and turn a single dial to shape a transition. Toolroom Records says the presets were built by recreating breakdowns and build-ups from some of its anthemic releases.

Switch to complex mode when you want more control. The plugin's macro system lets you adjust effect parameters at a granular level, and you can assign different parameters to a single macro and tweak how they relate. Up to 14 separate parameters can be assigned, and you can save the resulting effect chain for use on the simple interface.

Effects Included and Automation Options

INFINITE includes nine modulation and production effects, among them a digital delay for repeating rhythmic patterns, a saturation section for adding colour, an LFO, a hall-style reverb that can be made transparent or colourful, a white noise control for building tension, a -24dB/Oct high-pass and low-pass filter section, a formant filter and a width control.

You can use the plugin's native automation or automate each parameter individually in your DAW.
